NOTE: User registration details are shared between 3 websites - Palliative Care Matters, JournalClub, and Palliative Medicine Handbook on-line. Once registered, you can log on to any of the 3 sites with the same username and password. New User - Register

This will be the username used to login (e.g. jsmith)
Must not contain spaces - maximum 25 characters.

Real name:

This is the name that will usually be displayed (e.g. John Smith)
If you share a computer (and e-mail address) at work, you may use a group name
e.g. Coventry Macmillans
Can contain spaces - maximum 30 characters

E-Mail:

The next fields are optional, but it is recommended that you complete them,
as the system is able to use the information to help select
information based on this that most suits your needs.
City, County or State: (optional)

Your Home Country (optional)

UK country (optional)

Your Profession (optional)

Your Special Interest (optional)

Your HomePage (optional)

You will be sent a password created by the system.
This can be changed once you have logged in.

Lost your Password?

No problem. Just type your Username and click on send button.
A Confirmation Code will be sent to you via E-Mail after you enter your Username, once you get it enter your Username again along with your Confirmation Code.
